No (updated) - there was observation of recent rodent (mouse) activity in the main kitchen, rear food prep bakery area, and mechanical room storage area (with the two (2) dead mice removed and discarded). Note that the remaining observed rodent (mouse) droppings in the storage room in the side corridor are to be removed/discarded, with operator to clean and sanitize the contaminated floor areas, as mentioned., , Also, the operator is to thoroughly inspect for 'rodent-entry points' and to seal all holes/openings (using steel wool) in the food premises, including the electrical socket area in main kitchen in behind the large food prep refrigeration unit (near the side front door), floor section at hot-water tank and small hole (wiring conduit) in the electrical closet, in the mechanical storage room.

No (updated) - some additional washing of floor sections is necessary under the commercial dishwasher and in behind the larger food equipment alongside the north wall in the main kitchen (as there has been accumulation of dirt/dust, etc., in these hard-to-reach areas).
