Walk in cooler - observed a tray of packaged raw meats being stored above a bag of carrots and a tub of cabbage.
Kitchen prep sink - observed a tub of shrimp being left out to thaw in a pooling water.
Ceiling tiles were observed to be dirty and covered in dust. Please ensure ceiling tiles are cleaned regularly to prevent the build-up of dust and debris.
