Operator advised that it was supplied from a company in Calgary that had labels for previous supplies to the facility. , Operator was instructed to remove all the unlabelled products from the shelf and return them to the supplier for proper labelling, Please ensure all products supplied to the facility are from approved sources and properly labelled to allow for proper tracking and quick recalls if required.
A Scoop were observed stored inside a container of flour. Operator was instructed to remove the scoop. , Please ensure all scoops are stored outside of food items to prevent contamination.
