Discard food that is expired or not part of the menu. , Cleaning each fridge needs to be part of routine maintenance and on the kitchen /room cleaning log(s).
There was an extensive amount of rodent droppings within the kitchen: in cupboards, on floor, between appliances, Hire a pest control expert and follow all directions to not only bait the rodents but to examine the facility and close up and ports of entry into the building. Provide monthly reports to this office for the time being.
