The high-temperature dishwasher is not reaching an adequate rinse temperature to sanitize dishes. After four cycles, maximum temperature reached was measured at 32C with a probe thermometer. Director was aware that the dishwasher was not sanitizing and has scheduled a technician to repair the dishwasher soon. In the meantime, switching the children's plates and utensils is recommended., > Outstanding April 20, 2026

The base of the cupboard under the sinks was observed to have exposed wood and requires repair or refinishing.
