Paper towel was not available in the kitchen handwash sink. It was made available after asking the operator.
Oil collection on the exhaust hood was observed. The operator stated that it was up for cleaning based on the schedule on the following day after the inspection.

Cold holding units were either missing thermometers or hard to find. Ensure the thermometers are moved closer to the front of shelves for easier access.
QUAT test strips were present, however, they were expired in 2022. Please replace test strips.
*Note: the plumbing for the three compartment sink was leaking, a pail was placed underneath. Ensure the plumbing issue is rectified.
The ice cream scoop on the storage shelf (beside back hand sink) was wrapped in tape. Either discard or repair to ensure the item is smooth, impervious to moisture, easy to clean and in good repair. , , The metal square strainer (by meat slicer) was showing signs of poor repair. Operator indicated that it was for the deep fryer. It is discouraged to use for deep fryer as the pieces of metal can fall off. Please discard or do no use for any food., , The meat slicer's top view was clean, however, the area underneath the blade and the surrounding area had remnants of food. Ensure the meat slicer is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized., , The walk in cooler light was non-operational at the time. Ensure there is adequate lighting in the walk in cooler to view products and for cleanliness., , The front end hand sink base was loose. Please secure the base to prevent any issues such as moisture damage.
