Several used cleaning cloths were observed to be sitting on the counter when not in use. Ensure used cleaning cloths are kept within a sanitizer such as 200ppm QUAT sanitizer or placed in the laundry to help prevent contamination of food-contact surfaces. The operator placed the indicated cloths in the laundry during the inspection.

A gap was observed between the counter and the wall beside the front handwashing sink. Ensure that the indicated gap is sealed to render the surface smooth and easy to clean.
