PassA visibly soiled cleaning cloth was stored on a countertop. Please keep used cleaning cloths soaked in a sanitizer solution when not in active use. The cloths were taken for cleaning.
QUAT sanitizer test strips could not be located during the inspection. Please obtain QUAT strips. Use QUAT test strips to verify sanitizer concentration. Maintain QUAT sanitizer solutions at 200 ppm.
Handwashing sinks were equipped with paper towels, except the hand sink at the bar. Please restock paper towels.
Food handling permit was not displayed. Please display the food handling permit.

However, the following require attention: , , - High touch surfaces of equipment (cooler and freezer handles/exterior), - Interior bottom of the stand freezer, , 2. One basket was found with a loose metal wire not attached to frame posing a risk for physical contamination of food., , Please cut off wires, wrap loose ones around wires beside, or obtain a new basket.
