Staff were not able to find one. , The facility uses QUATS sanitizer as well as chlorine sanitizer in the dishwasher and iodine in the bar glasswasher., Chlorine (bleach) jug was present in the storage area., , Correction:, 1. Education provided on 3 different sanitizers in the facility (chlorine, QUATS, and iodine), , 2. Recommended using the chlorine (bleach) instead of QUATS so that chlorine test strips can be used for both the dishwasher and sanitizer solution., , 3. If QUATS is used as the sanitizer, ensure that there are QUATS test trips available to test its concentration., , 4. Alberta Health Services approved sanitizer information to be sent to the operator.
