Missing shatter-proof guard noted on one set of lights in the kitchen. Ensure shatter-guard is replaced in order to contain glass shards in the event a light bulb breaks.
The two sliding glass door coolers in the kitchen were not turned on at the time of inspection, and therefore the internal temperature of the coolers could not be tested. Operator was advised to turn both coolers on the day before the scheduled re-inspection and to make sure they are running at 4C or colder.
