** - When PHI pointed out violations within the freezers on the customer floor, the staff member responded that many of the items were "staff food". Immediately remove ALL staff food from the customer sales floor. The quantity of food items were many, must be stored separately from customer food at all times, was not marked or indicated as staff food. Do not store staff food in the customer area at any time. Tires that are not required for the operation of the food facility were observed in food storage areas, please remove from the facility.
