** - several pieces of meat/fish, peppers were stored in an unsanitary manner, were not packaged to protect from contamination. Unpackaged raw meat/fish/seafood was stored in direct contact with frozen vegetables (many of the freezers). Cease and desist immediately. Separate vegetable storage from meats/seafood/fish.

** - no written pest control reports were available upon request, ** - PHI could not locate pest control devices during the inspection
** - do not repackage meat/seafood/fish at any time, it is against Food Handling Permit restrictions.

** - black garbage bags were used to house food in the freezer. Garbage bags are not food grade. Cease and desist.

Soap and water wash 2. Rinse with clean water 3. SANITIZE for 2 minutes minimum. Test the sanitizer with test strips to ensure the proper concentration has been achieved. 4. air dry.
** - no paper towel was installed by the designated handwashing sink, it was located further away and not stored in a dispenser in a manner for potential contamination.
** - When PHI pointed out violations within the freezers on the customer floor, the staff member responded that many of the items were "staff food". Immediately remove ALL staff food from the customer sales floor. The quantity of food items were many, must be stored separately from customer food at all times, was not marked or indicated as staff food. Do not store staff food in the customer area at any time. Tires that are not required for the operation of the food facility were observed in food storage areas, please remove from the facility.
