Any pearls remaining at the 4 hour time limit must be discarded., , Education was provided. The boba pearls were observed being discarded and replaced during the inspection.
One rice warmer/cooker unit was taped on/near the handle. Ensure all equipment is in good repair and easily cleanable. Please remove the tape and repair or replace equipment.
