1. Hand sink basin was obstructed by a tumbler. Corrected during inspection. Tumble removed from hand sink basin., , Action Required:, Do not store any items in hand sinks basins or around the hand sink to ensure easy accessibility of the hand sink to promote handwashing., , 2. Hand sink was fully equipped with hot and cold potable running water and fully stocked with single -use, disposable paper towel and easy to dispense, liquid soap.
QUAT test strips in the cafe had expired. Corrected during inspection. Corporate representative discarded expired test strips and replaced them with valid ones expiring August 15, 2027., , Action Required:, Ensure chemical test strips have color/concentration reference charts, are not water damaged or expired to ensure accurate verification of the concentration of your approved sanitizers.
