The initial measured concentration of the chlorine sanitizer spray bottles were measured at 1000ppm. Discussed with staff on correct mixture of chlorine and water. Retested measured concentration after spray bottles were refilled were acceptable (100ppm).

No food handling permit was posted onsite. Staff printed valid permit and was posted in a visible location.
