PassThere was no sanitizer prepared during food handling. Sanitizer was prepared during inspection and measured at 100ppm of chlorine.
Cheese was observed at room temperature in the back prep area. Staff moved cheese into the cooler during inspection. Ensure high risk food are stored in the cooler below 4C.
Mice droppings were observed behind the chest freezer in the front service area. Pest control reports were up to date., Ensure mice droppings are cleaned and indicated areas are sanitized with 100ppm of chlorine sanitizer., - Pest entry and exit routes should be sealed.
The shelves of the standing coolers need to be cleaned.
