The three compartment sink had no detergent, the pail was empty. Operator was informed of the empty pail, however, it was observed that the cleaning continued with no detergent. Please inform all staff about the importance of three step dishwashing., , QUAT was present and concentration was at 200ppm.
The front hand sink had no hot water, only cold water was detected from both the hot and cold handles. Ensure there is hot and cold water readily available at all times. Soap and paper towels were present., , Staff washroom had soap, paper towels, and warm water. Good.
A couple of cell phones were on stainless steel table (food contact surface). Please ensure the cell phones are stored in a designated nonfood contact area (ie. shelf, chair, bins).
