The prep cooler was at 9C. The thermometer inside the unit also showed the ambient air temperature at 9C. Operator was instructed to relocate all food into another cooler at 4C or less. Please repair or replace prep cooler.

The main entrance door had a gap at the bottom corner. Please close off the gap to prevent entry of pests.
