**mouse contamination was heavy in the open walls. Recommend that the pest control address the walls before the walls are closed up, ***-new contamination was revealed with the removal of the cabinets.
**-ripped screen on windows was still observed - install screens, repair ripped ones, **-windows and doors were propped open again with no manner to prevent pest entry. Please educate staff and live in residents to keep window and doors closed until such time that the screens have been repaired.,
