A tray of Dhal Vada and a tray of Urad Dhal doughnuts were measured at 31 degrees Celsius with a probe thermometer. The operator informed that they had been out for more than two hours. Ensure that food is hot held at a minimum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. The operator discarded the indicated food during the inspection.
