Bar dishwasher is not dispensing sanitizer, test strips measured at 0 ppm chlorine. Repair dishwasher so that it is sanitizing at 100 ppm chlorine.
Chlorine test strips are not available for the dishwasher. Purchase chlorine test strips and ensure dishwasher is tested every day prior to use (must measure at 100 ppm chlorine).
1. Overhead door is kept open throughout the day. The doors must be kept closed (other than during deliveries) to prevent the entry of pests and insects into the facility. Mouse droppings were present next to the overhead door., 2. Pest control records are not being maintained for the self-monitoring of pests.
