Pest Control records are not maintained., , Evidence of pests was indicated by bags of dry pet food that were found chewed open, with some dry kibble found on the shelves., , Mouse droppings were noted on the floor in the storage room behind the white chest freezer at the back of the store, on the floor of the hallway behind the store and on the floor behind the ATM machine., , REQUIRED ACTION: clean and sanitize affected areas as discussed during inspection. You must have a pest control program in place, including monitoring devices and/or traps, and must keep records to document pest control activities.
