Canmore Folk Music Festival - Performer Food Tent

There was no paper towel at the mobile handsink. Paper towel put at sink during inspection but does not fit in the dispenser so will get wet if rains (as sink was located outside the tent).

The wastewater tank was not under a canopy/tent and had a hole in the top where the hose went in. There was no cap covering the hole. Cap to be covering the hole with a hole in the cap just large enough for the wastewater hose to avoid rainwater getting into the wastewater tank (could overfill/overflow) and to minimize potential smells from the wastewater tank.

The mobile sinks for handwashing and for rinsing dishes (was advised are rinsed and returned to caterer) were located outside the tent. Keep inside/under tent so close for use and to keep sink and supplies clean.
