The small white fridge was at 10C. There was some cream being kept in this fridge. Move any high risk foods to alternate fridge that is at the proper temperature., , Some yogurts were sitting out at room temperature; was advised to discard if out for more than 2 hours. Were put into fridge during inspection.

There were some muffins sitting on table for volunteers to take. They were not wrapped nor had a cover/lid. Keep muffins covered to prevent contamination.
Tongs for handling food were sitting in bin that had some unclean utensils in it as well as newspaper. Tongs to be cleaned and sanitized and kept in clean container. Corrected during inspection.
There was no lid on the wastewater container with sump pump being used to pump wastewater into the large wastewater holding tank.

There was no paper towel at the mobile handwashing sink. Corrected during inspection.

Disposable utensils for diners' use were stored with the eating-end up. To be stored with eating-end down to prevent someone from contaminating eating end when grabbing one. Corrected during inspection.
The wastewater tank was not under a canopy/tent and had a hole in the top where the hose went in. There was no cap covering the hole. Cap to be covering the hole with a hole in the cap just large enough for the wastewater hose to avoid rainwater getting into the wastewater tank (could overfill/overflow) and to minimize potential smells from the wastewater tank.
The mobile sinks for handwashing and for rinsing dishes (was advised are rinsed and returned to caterer) were located outside the tent. Keep inside/under tent so close for use and to keep sink and supplies clean.
