Please obtain a min/max waterproof thermometer to ensure are reaching at least 71C at dish level., , There were no testing strips for checking the level of chlorine sanitizer. Please obtain chlorine testing strips.
No owner/manager has taken a Provincial Food Safety Course. Please take course and provide copy of certificate.
