The plumbing below the hand wash sink in the staff washroom was leaking. The wall behind the leak was water damaged. Repair the leak. Ensure that all plumbing is maintained in good repair. Repair the wall. Ensure that all surfaces, including walls are smooth, cleanable and imperviable to moisture.
