There was a gap in the exterior door weatherstripping., -ensure all exterior doors are tight-fitting and weatherstripping is installed to seal gaps.

1) There were gaps between the top of floor tiles and the wall interface., -caulk to fill the gaps to prevent water from getting behind tiles., , 2) There was a large gap between the wall and dishwashing sink., -fill the cap and add caulking.
