Sanitize spray bottles were not labelled to indicate their contents. Please appropriately label.

Food prep equipment and utensils were not sanitized in the 2 comp sink. Please ensure manual wash procedure includes: wash with detergent and rinse with clean water in the 1st compartment, then sanitize by complete immersion in an approved sanitizer in the 2nd compartment. Conduct air drying in a sanitary manner.

Sanitizer test strips for quats were not provided. Please obtain.
