1) There was only one chest freezer on site and it was not plugged in. Inspector was unable to determine operating order of unit. Please ensure that all chest freezers are received, plugged in and measures -18C, and equipped with thermometers., 2) Shelves were not on site. Please set up shelves., 3) There was a lot of construction material and equipment left on site in the food storage areas. Please remove, clean, and be ready to store/receive foods.

There were gaps under and on the lower sides of the overhead garage door. Please seal the gaps.
