Some mice droppings were found behind the baking pans/ flour storage of the bakery. Enhanced monitoring has been in place by Orkin. No live mice have been found lately. Manager (Andrea) will call Orkin for an emergency visit., Wall area between deli and bakery has been sealed and repaired. Holes in exterior walls have been repaired to prevent rodent entry. Traps still in place on lowest shelves of bakery display areas.
Facility has enhanced PCO monitoring- additional traps and monitoring devices were added onsite. Record of capture in PCO record for Feb 2021., ( not assessed during inspection on April 4), , Continue with enhanced monitoring and deterimine any areas for improving pest proofing. ,
