There was a gap between the baseboard and the wall (exposing the unfinished edge of the wall) by the back door. Please refinish or seal above the baseboard. Ensure that all surfaces are smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture.

Cleaning is needed on the floor of the walk-in cooler, as some construction debris was noted.
