Containers/cups were being used to scoop food from the freezer drawer., , Containers/ cups were replaced with measuring scoops with handles. Ensure handles of utensils do not come into contact with food.

A bag was stored on a case of beverage., , The bag was moved to an area that was separate from food handling and food storage.

1) March 27, 2025 - A couple ceiling tiles were missing in the dry storage area., April 24, 2025 - A light cover was being used to temporarily cover the ceiling; however, the light cover was not tight fitting resulting in a gap on the ceiling. , , Install ceiling tiles., , 2) Cardboard shelf liners were used in the beverage cooler., , Remove cardboard liners. Shelf liners that are smooth and easily cleanable can be used.

The scoop in the ice machine was cracked., , The scoop was discarded.

1) There was grease running down the back of the business signage., , Clean the signage., , 2) There was debris under the ice well located in the front service area., , Remove debris.
