Continue the use of the main dishwasher till the glasswasher is fixed. , , , , ***Previous violation***, Chlorine sanitizer for the bar glassware washer measured 0 ppm. A new bottle of chlorine was connected but concentration remained 0 ppm., , Service the glassware washer and ensure it is able to maintain 100 ppm. Use the dishwasher in the main kitchen until this has been fixed.
