Chlorine test papers were very old and expired, please purchase new supplies.
The coffee machine's drainage pipe was connected to a bucket stored beneath the counter to collect wastewater. The operator disposes of the collected water in the sink at the end of each day., , Operator was informed that this is not acceptable. Refer to City and take the corrective action for proper plumbing connections for coffee waste drainage pipes.
Temperature of the display cooler was measured at 15C., Perishables were removed immediately and moved to alternate refrigerators. , , Please repair/reset the cooler, it must be maintained at 4C or below.
General cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen was not satisfactory. Please thoroughly clean the entire kitchen floor, all hard to reach areas and all the under counters.
