The thermometer in the refrigerator was not reading proper temperature., -All high-risk foods stored in the refrigerator were discarded at the time of inspection., -Directed staff to place an out of order sign on the refrigerator and not store anything in the refrigerator until it is repaired and maintaining 4 degrees Celsius or less., -Please obtain a new thermometer for monitoring the temperature of the refrigerator.
Two cockroaches nymphs were seen on the traps under the hand wash sink in the main kitchen., -Continue to follow the advice of the pest control company to treat and eradicate. Please also provide a copy of the most recent pest control record.
