The cooler beside the deep fryer was not turned on; the manager mentioned that it was experiencing power issues as noted in their manager pre-shift report. However, despite the cooler not working/functioning, high-risk food items were still stored in the cooler. 16 (half-tray) of raw eggs, a half-empty bag of bacon slice/ham (measured at 21.5°C), and a full tray of wrapped breakfast burritos (measured at 20.8°C), were all discarded during the inspection. Please fix the cooler and ensure that it is able to maintain a temperature of 4°C or below at all times. Please also educate all managers and staff to be proactive when equipment is already noted to be malfunctioning.

The handwashing station was directly positioned next to the meat refrigeration unit with a top-opening, and the handwashing station was not equipped with splash guard to prevent water splashes onto the meat refrigeration unit while washing hands.
