Hand sink at the front of kitchen was still slow to drain at the time of inspection. Food debris was noted in the basin., - Ensure the hand sink is repaired to improve drainage.
Cheese and vegetables in the inserts of the prep‑line cooler were measured at 7°C. Paneer was measured at 11°C. It was also observed that the vegetables and cheese were filled above the insert fill line., , -Ensure that the perishable food is stored at 4 degrees C or less under refrigeration., -Ensure that the food in the inserts does not exceed the fill line to allow proper cooling.
Sauce containers were observed on the floor., , -Ensure that the food containers are stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
***Ongoing Violation***, , 1) Paint was chipping off wall behind pizza prep cooler. Please repair. , - Repaint and fix the wall. Recommend to install stainless steel panel., , 2) The laminate trims (lower portion) on the shelf near the pizza prep cooler was separating. - Please repair.
The ceiling light in walk-in cooler was not adequate. , - Please ensure to replace the light in cooler so that the cooler is well lit.
***Ongoing Violation***, , The lid of the chest freezer in the rear prep area was taped together. The front of the freezer also had several rust spots. , - Please replace unit or properly repair unit so surfaces are smooth, nonporous and easy to clean.
