The quat based sanitizer onsite measured greater than 500ppm. Ensure quats are between 200-400ppm. This product did not have information if it was food safe or no rinse. Provide the information above or switch to another food grade sanitizer. ,
Clean dishes were stored on dirty cloths above the dishwasher. Ensure cloths are replaced after they have been used once to dry dishes.
1. Old mouse droppings found in cupboard beside dishwasher. Ensure this area is cleaned and sanitized. , 2. No pest control records could be located onsite. Provide the last 3 months of pest control records.

Bags of recycling, empty milk jugs and containers, were stored in the kitchen. Ensure these are stored away from the kitchen or recycled immediately to prevent attraction of pests.
