Trolley with buildup of food debris was noted again from the last inspection report. Please clean and disinfect the trolley regularly (at least daily). , Recommend acquiring a trolley that is easier to clean. , October 23 update: Tape/liner was used but was accumulating dirt as well. Advised to remove and use a tea towel changed with each meal service to cover the trays, and disinfect when it's returned to the kitchen.
