RéussiGravy was stored in hot holding at 34*C. Operator stated the setting was not well adjusted after a refill. Operator removed the food., , -Store potentially hazardous food at 4*C or less or 60*C and above to prevent microbial growth, -Monitor all food and equipment to ensure temperature is accurate.
1. There was gap under the back door., , -Seal the gap beneath door to prevent pest entrance, , 2. The last pest control report showed October with no pest activity seen. Operator stated no inspection has been done after., , -Ensure monthly pest control service/check is done.
Food handling permit was not displayed at the facility. Operator stated the frame was broken and showed the printed copy of the food handling permit., , -Ensure valid permit is displayed in a conspicuous place
The handwashing sink was broken and tagged out of use at the staffroom. Operator stated the fixing will be done today. Other washrooms are available for staff use., , -Repair hand sink
There was debris/dirt on the floor of the storage room., , -Clean the indicated area, -Ensure all hard-to-reach areas are kept clean and sanitary
