Damaged wall by the ice machine at the service area., , Fix the wall

REPEAT VIOLATION:, , The door handle of the coca cola cooler is in disrepair. A cardboard handle has been fixed to the door., , Repair or replace the cooler door handle. The handling must be smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable.

Ice build-up on the walk-in freezer condenser unit and grime build-up on the door and floor. , , Fix the walk-in freezer condenser

There was grime and food debris accumulated on the floors in the front service line., , Thoroughly clean these floors.

Sanitation issues were observed at the following locations:, , 1) Cobweb and debris build-up between the ice machine and wall., 2) Debris build-up underneath the bar and drink syrup on the bar service area., 3) Food stains and grease build-up on kitchen walls., , , Clean both kitchen and bar. A detail cleaning of the bar and kitchen will help reduce the population of the drain and black flies.
