A total of 17 pizza's (Cheese pizza, Hawaiian pizza, and Jalapeño pizza) were observed stored at room temperature in the display case. No time/temperature control system was in place for pizzas. Temperature measured 23.4C., - Food was discarded by the operator., - Implement proper temperature control: Maintain foods at or below 4°C or 60°C or above or establish an approved time‑tracking system for items held at room temperature.
