PassThe back door had a large gap on the side and bottom., -owner has new door ready to be installed., -ensure the door is tight fitting and there are no gaps.
The light in the prep kitchen/dishwash area did not have a cover., -install light covers OR switch to LED/unbreakable light bulbs., (owner has lights and covers on-site, and ready to be replaced)
