1) Ceiling tiles were missing and/or water damaged, -repair/replace any water damaged ceiling tiles., -repair any roof leaks, which appears to be in progress., -clean/remove any water damaged construction material (i.e. insulation, drywall, absorbent tiles, etc)

The ceiling ventilation ducts were dusty/dirty., -clean the ducts.
