When asked how long the cooler was broken down, and what the temperature of the cooler was when they discovered the cooler had broken down, the Operator was unsure. Fish was removed from the chest cooler and put into bags to be discarded by the Operator as a precaution., , COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:, 1. Check temperatures of the coolers daily and record in a log sheet. , 2. If the freezer is found to not be working and food shows signs of thawing, it should be discarded.
