Hire a pest control company to resolve the mice infestation as they will help set-up traps in proper locations., , 2) There appears to be a mouse nest behind the ice cream machine in the front serving area., -move ALL equipment, shelves, tables, coolers, etc. Clean and disinfect surfaces contaminated with mice feces. All items must be moved so activity can be identified and monitored.
