One line cooler was not operational. Measured 18C. Staff were storing a large container of pasta on ice inside. Do not use cooler until it is repaired.

Build up of debris in the hard to reach areas of the floor in the walk in cooler and in the dishwashing area. Ensure these areas are cleaned.
