Gap noticed at the bottom of the exit door., -Weatherstrip and seal the gap.

1) Raw wood exposed on sheet under the stainless-steel food counter in the back area., 2) Broken tiles observed under the stainless-steel food counter., 3) Gap observed around the pipe near the 2-compartment sink., 4) Baseboard still coming off behind the cook line and gap was noticed between the wall and the floor., , -Seal the holes and gaps and ensure that the surfaces are smooth, impervious to moisture and can be easily cleaned and sanitized.

1)Paper was used as liner on the shelves., , 2) Ceiling tiles and vents were covered in dust., , -Clean the areas mentioned above and remove the paper as it is not a clean surface.
