A few of the food items were not labelled appropriately. , - Labell all the food products with at least name of the facility, contact information, packaged and/or expiry date.

1. A few of the shelves in the back storage area was made up of raw wood., - Ensure to seal or paint the raw wood, so that the shelves are smooth, easily cleanable., 2. The back wall was damaged due to accident (car/truck struck the wall)., - Repair the wall and walkin cooler.
