ConformeThe make-your-own-sandwich station for customers cooler/refrigeration unit was measured to have a temperature of 9-10°C. The temperature adjusting valve was set at 1 or the minimum setting. High-risk food items, such as sliced onions, were discarded. The valve was adjusted and set to maximum instead. Temperatures were adequate afterwards. Please ensure to monitor all refrigeration units that they maintain a temperature of 4°C or below at all times.
