Dancing Sasquatch

Floor in back area by ice machine and sinks is worn/exposed wood. To facilitate cleaning and ensure pests are not attracted to this area, ensure floor is smooth and easily cleanable.

1. Bar matting at front bar has some build up of scale/debris under matting. Ensure counter under matting is cleaned at a higher frequency., 2. Some black/pink mould noted on flap on ice machine. Ensure mould removed / flap sanitized frequently (machine professionally cleaned at regular intervals).
